In this role, you will:
  • Set the people strategy and priorities for Global Operations, Manufacturing and Quality, aligned with business objectives and GN’s HR agenda
  • Act as a trusted advisor and constructive sparring partner to senior leaders on organizational performance, workforce planning, talent, succession and capability development

  • Ensure consistent deployment of global HR processes and policies, including performance, reward, talent and succession processes
  • Guide organizational changes and restructuring activities, ensuring stakeholder alignment, local compliance and a people‑centric approach
  • Use people and business data to provide insights and recommendations that support forward‑looking decisions across the organizations
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
  • Are curious and bring a transformation mindset - a natural people connector who builds strong relationships across the company, enjoys leadership, and has a genuine interest in understanding the business and how value is created
  • Bring relevant experience from a senior HR business partnering role in a complex, international and matrix-based organization, including approximately 15+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Preferably bring a solid understanding of Manufacturing, Operations and Quality environments, and the people priorities associated with these functions
  • Have experience managing and developing teams across countries and cultures, creating clarity, trust and shared direction
  • Combine a strategic mindset with the ability to translate priorities into practical, sustainable people initiatives
  • Build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders, use data and sound judgement to guide decisions, and are proficient in English

The role involves an estimated 10–30 travel days per year. At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible work whenever possible. We trust our people to fulfill their responsibilities, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.
