Job summary

Demant seeks a senior HR Business Partner to lead the People and organizational agenda within Global Operations, partnering with the SVP and Leadership Team to shape workforce strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

You will lead a geographically distributed HRBP team, translate business priorities into initiatives, drive transformation, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement while balancing strategic vision with execution across international

Qualifications

• Extensive experience from senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles in large international and matrix organizations.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leadership on strategy, transformation and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting operational, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong leadership, talent and change‑management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP and senior leaders on business strategy, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Shape workforce planning, succession management, and talent strategies for critical operational and leadership roles.
• Lead the People and organizational aspects of major transformations, organizational changes and operational improvement programs.
• Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workforce stability across frontline and operational populations.
• Build leadership capability and support the development of high‑performing leadership teams.
• Lead and develop the Global Operations HRBP organization across countries and cultures.
• Use workforce insights, business data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Connect Global Operations priorities with the broader Hearing Aids and enterprise HR agenda.
