• Lead People aspects of transformations and operational improvement programs.
• Strengthen engagement, retention, and workforce stability across frontline populations.
• Develop leadership capability and lead the Global Operations HRBP organization across countries and cultures.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Align Global Operations priorities with the wider HR and enterprise agenda.
