Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Global HR Knowledge Management Professional to build a knowledge hub and governance framework from the ground up in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on designing and implementing the Knowledge Management Hub in ServiceNow, establishing governance, and creating sustainable capabilities across HR and People Services.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and managing knowledge bases in ServiceNow.
• Experience designing knowledge management governance frameworks, ideally in HR or an international organization.
• Experience supporting implementations, content migration or global rollouts, and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with ownership in project environments.
