Are you passionate about building Knowledge Management capabilities from the ground up? This is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact by shaping how knowledge is managed, shared, and maintained across People & Culture for years to come.
As our Knowledge Management Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in building a global Knowledge Management capability from the ground up. Working at the heart of a major transformation, you will help design and implement the Knowledge Management Hub in ServiceNow, establish the governance and processes that support it, and create the foundations for its long-term success.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions. Partnering closely with the Organizational Development Lead, Head of HR Operations, and Head of People Services, you will translate business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions that enhance both the employee and People Services experience.
You will help design and implement the Knowledge Management Hub in ServiceNow, translating business requirements into a scalable knowledge structure, including taxonomy, templates, governance, and workflows. You will define how knowledge is structured, accessed, and maintained, ensuring a user‑friendly solution that meets the needs of People Services, HR teams, and end users.
You will design the Knowledge Management operating model and governance framework, defining roles, responsibilities, ownership, and accountability across HR and People Services. This includes establishing end-to-end processes for content creation, review, approval, publishing, maintenance, and retirement, alongside practical guidance and standards that support consistent adoption.
In partnership with the Head of People Services, you will help establish the future capability required to operate and maintain the Knowledge Management Hub within Global Business Services in Krakow. You will define the required capabilities, roles, processes, and resources, support collaboration with the global HR community, and enable a successful transition to business‑as‑usual through knowledge transfer, training, and team upskilling.
Working with HR teams across regions and functions, you will gather, structure, validate, and organize knowledge content. You will co‑facilitate workshops to identify content needs and gaps, support content migration and readiness activities, and drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of Knowledge Management practices.
By the end of the project, you will have helped establish a fully implemented Knowledge Management Hub, a clear governance framework, a sustainable operational capability, and a trusted global knowledge ecosystem.
You will join Global Operations & Payroll within People & Culture, alongside more than 50 other P&C colleagues at our Copenhagen headquarters. We combine specialist expertise with close cross‑functional collaboration and an informal, supportive culture. You will be part of a dedicated project team, with the opportunity to build a new global capability from the ground up.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, has a global scope and is a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment.
