Job summary

FOSS Analytics is seeking a Head of Demand Creation to lead the global digital revenue engine, spanning marketing automation, campaigns, web and SEO. You will partner with Sales, regional marketers and the broader marketing team to translate commercial plans into measurable, full-funnel execution.

The role requires proven B2B marketing leadership, hands-on tech fluency and experience managing distributed teams across countries.

Qualifications

Proven B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in a technical or scientific industry.
Hands-on fluency with modern marketing technology and a deep understanding of the marketing stack.
A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience leading distributed or remote teams across countries and cultures.
Track record of turning marketing plans into full-funnel, measurable execution.
Empowering leadership style that builds trust and autonomy.
Strong stakeholder skills – cross-functional collaboration with Sales, IT, and marketing peers.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a distributed demand creation team across Denmark and Poland.
Own the full digital demand engine – marketing automation, campaigns, web, SEO and paid channels from planning to execution and measurement.
Provide data-driven input in Marketing Planning on where to focus and why.
Partner with regional marketers to raise engagement, consistency and impact across markets.
Build and maintain the marketing data and analytics foundation to prove what's working.
Guide the team’s use of modern marketing technology, including AI-enabled tools to work smarter as the remit grows.
