Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Head of Demand Creation to lead our distributed marketing team across Denmark and Poland, owning the full digital demand engine—from marketing automation to campaigns, web, SEO and paid channels—and turning plans into measurable, full‑funnel execution with Sales and regional marketers.

You will combine strategic marketing planning with hands-on ownership of data, analytics and modern marketing technology, including AI-enabled tools, to drive engagement and growth for a global

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally within a technical or scientific industry
• Hands-on fluency with modern marketing technology – you understand the tech stack
• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams across different countries and cultures
• A track record of turning marketing plans into full-funnel, measurable execution
• An empowering leadership style that builds trust and autonomy rather than micromanagement
• Strong stakeholder skills – comfortable building relationships across Sales, IT, and cross-functional marketing peers

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a talented, distributed demand creation team (based across Denmark and Poland), building a workspace based on autonomy and trust rather than micromanagement
• Own the full digital demand engine – marketing automation, campaigns, web, SEO and paid channels – from planning through to execution and measurement
• Be an active voice in the Marketing Planning process, bringing data-driven input on where to focus and why
• Partner closely with our regional marketers to raise engagement, consistency and impact across markets
• Build and maintain the marketing data and analytics foundation that lets us prove what’s working, not just report on activity
• Guide the team’s use of modern marketing technology, including AI-enabled tools, to work smarter as the team and its remit grow
