Job summary

FOSS is seeking a Head of Demand Creation to lead the digital revenue engine—marketing automation, campaigns, web, SEO and the data that tells us whether it’s working.

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing & Customer Engagement and work closely with Sales, our regional marketers, and the wider marketing organization, to turn our commercial plans into full-funnel execution that can actually be measured.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing leadership experience with demand generation and automation.
• Hands-on fluency with modern marketing tech and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed demand creation team across Denmark and Poland.
• Own the full digital demand engine from planning to execution and measurement.
• Provide data-driven input to Marketing Planning and regional marketers.
• Build the analytics foundation to prove what's working and drive impact.
• Guide adoption of AI-enabled tools to scale marketing outcomes.
