Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for the Europe region. You will translate financial data into strategic actions, partnering with regional leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple countries.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, delivering insightful analyses and robust business cases to support decision-making at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a comparable finance role.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a large, international, and matrixed organization.
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to connect financial performance with business objectives, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the region.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-creation initiatives that support sustainable growth.
• Support investment decisions through robust business cases and financial modelling.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions, countries, and divisions.
