Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Financial Controller to manage financial controlling for international subsidiaries, ensuring high-quality reporting and strong internal controls within an international finance organization.

You will collaborate across finance and management, contribute to process development, and lead selected finance transformation initiatives, building on a solid audit background for future growth in a global aerospace/defense context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Auditing with 2–4 years of experience from a recognized audit firm, preferably larger or international organizations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel; IFRS or international organizations experience is a plus
• Ability to work with complex financial data in a structured and detail-oriented manner, with effective communication in Danish and English
• Data-analytical mindset and interest in using data to identify trends and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Perform financial controlling, reporting follow-up, and performance analysis for selected international subsidiaries
• Take responsibility for preparing and coordinating annual audits while ensuring compliance with accounting policies, reporting requirements, and internal controls
• Support management with financial analysis, insights, and ad hoc controlling activities that enable informed decision-making
• Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of financial controlling processes and ways of working across the Group
• Support finance transformation initiatives, internal control enhancements, and strategic projects related to process improvements and systems development.
