Job summary

Karnov Group seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead financial control of TECH development projects across the organisation. You will ensure IFRS 38 compliance, coordinate intercompany invoicing, and support transfer pricing principles.

You will collaborate with the Group PPMO and Group TECH, assist with budgeting, and perform spend versus budget analysis for month-end reporting. A global, cross-functional role with development opportunities and a strong governance focus.

Qualifications

• Finance Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in group accounting.
• Aim for personal development and driving development.
• A positive, optimistic and friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Financial controlling of TECH development projects across the group.
• Monitor intercompany invoicing of group internal services.
• Support Transfer Pricing compliance within Karnov Group.
• Assist PPMO with estimating and monitoring project costs.
• Support budget processes and month-end spend vs budget analysis.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and TECH controllers.
