Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a strategic Head of Group Financial Controlling to oversee group and entity accounting, ensure IFRS compliance, and drive systems transformation. You will lead a multi‑entity team, manage end‑to‑end month‑end close, and collaborate with Tax and Legal to align on corporate structure and reporting.

You will champion innovation in finance systems and contribute to the company’s AI journey while enabling cross‑functional growth and sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial controlling leadership across multi‑entity groups.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, statutory reporting, group audit coordination.
• Experience building and executing group policies and internal controls.
• Experience leading finance system implementations and process automation.
• Collaborative leadership style with cross‑functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and entity controlling, month‑end closing and reporting.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and coordinate Group Audit and Tax/Legal teams.
• Drive cash management, chart of accounts, and internal controls.
• Oversee annual reports, tax accounting, and group structure changes.
• Champion systems transformations and the Finance AI journey.
