Job summary

Flatpay is building a foundational ESG function across multiple markets. You’ll coordinate data collection and reporting, working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure reliable information and clear processes.

This hands-on role offers international exposure and room to grow as your knowledge expands. You’ll shape ESG reporting, track CSRD and PPWR developments, and contribute to practical sustainability initiatives, including data quality improvements and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Interest in ESG and sustainability with a data focus.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with structured data.
• Careful, organized approach; checks and follows through.
• Ability to coordinate with colleagues and suppliers to gather information.
• Curiosity about regulations and translating complex info into action.
• Strong English communication across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG reporting across markets, including CSRD-related work.
• Build a reliable data foundation by reviewing reports and supplier data.
• Work with teams and suppliers to clarify and streamline reporting processes.
• Track CSRD, PPWR, and producer responsibility developments relevant to Flatpay.
• Coordinate producer responsibility reporting with DPA and other partners.
• Support improvements in reverse logistics and product lifecycle reporting.
• Establish the ESG function by building processes and data quality.
