Job summary

Matter is offering an ESG data internship in Copenhagen. You will work with an international team to assess and validate ESG data, including AI-extracted data, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge ESG technology in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role is a paid internship with a 4–6 month duration. English is the working language, and you will be based at the Copenhagen office, contributing to projects in ESG data collection and analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university programme related to sustainability or related fields.
• Minimum 2nd year of BSc with strong academic record.
• Interest in ESG and sustainable finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate company-reported ESG data as part of a cross-functional team.
• Perform quality control of ESG data and validate AI-extracted data.
• Research on company involvement in human rights violations.
• Contribute to building technology solutions for ESG data collection and analysis.
