Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Bagsværd near Copenhagen is seeking an ESG Reporting Advisor to help prepare the ESG disclosures for the Annual Report and ensure data behind it is accurate, transparent and trusted.

You will own selected metrics, EU Taxonomy reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to strengthen data collection, controls, and the ESG control environment.

The role offers exposure to AI and digital tools and opportunities to shape Novo’s sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in sustainability, ESG reporting or as ESG consultant.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting methodologies and frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and GHG Protocol.
• Experience with ESG assurance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Novo’s ESG reporting, including the Sustainability statement in the Annual Report.
• Own selected metrics and ensure they are reported accurately and transparently.
• Work with stakeholders across the business on data collection and controls for key ESG metrics.
• Own EU Taxonomy reporting.
• Improve data collection and consolidation processes and strengthen ESG controls.
