Job summary

Novo Nordisk seeks an ESG Reporting Advisor to lead high-quality sustainability reporting for the annual report and related disclosures. You will own selected ESG metrics, drive EU Taxonomy compliance, and collaborate across Denmark and India to strengthen data collection, controls, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree related to ESG topics, business or auditing.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in sustainability, ESG reporting or as an ESG consultant.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting methodologies and frameworks, such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy and the GHG Protocol.
• Experience with ESG assurance and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Novo's ESG reporting, including the Sustainability statement in the Annual Report.
• Taking responsibility for selected metrics (climate, pollution, nature, circularity, own workforce, business conduct or equitable access) and making sure they are reported accurately and transparently.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business on data collection and carrying out controls and checks on key ESG metrics.
• Owning our EU Taxonomy reporting.
• Improving data collection and consolidation processes and strengthening the internal ESG control environment.
• Driving continuous improvement of existing processes with AI and other digital tools.
