Job summary

Flatpay is expanding its Global Operations team and seeks an Analyst who blends data with practical execution. You will collaborate with local Directors and cross-functional teams to optimize staffing, leverage AI to streamline processes, and resolve escalations while driving measurable improvements across markets.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to delivering results in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, a startup, a scaleup, consulting or a strategy role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel to identify patterns and support decisions.
• Interest in AI and how it can improve real operational workflows.
• Able to switch between deep analysis, stakeholder management and urgent operational problem solving.
• Fluent in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support cost to serve and staffing decisions with local leaders to forecast workload and service levels.
• Use AI to improve operational workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Handle operational escalations by tracing root causes and coordinating the right people to resolve them.
• Build and maintain core Operations reporting for markets and senior stakeholders.
• Lead analysis and improvement projects covering NPS, volumes, productivity and agent workflows.
• Translate findings into concrete recommendations and drive market implementation.
• Support urgent operational requests while managing longer-term projects.
