Job summary

DLF Seeds Australia is seeking a Global ERP Owner & Transformation Lead to own the ERP roadmap and lead the forthcoming transformation from NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will manage governance, security, and operations across a global landscape, build and mentor a world-wide ERP team, and collaborate with business leaders, partners, and IT to deliver standardized, scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP consulting, product ownership, application management, solution consulting, or ERP transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience with international ERP implementations, major upgrades, or multi-country rollouts.
• People leadership experience, including the development and coordination of specialist or functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Experience working with implementation partners, software vendors, and distributed cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to combine strategic direction with structured execution and pragmatic decision-making.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP vision, roadmap, backlog, and improvement agenda.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other ERP-enabled functions.
• Lead global rollout of Dynamics 365 BC.
• Manage governance and architecture across NAV2018 to BC.
• Lead and develop a global ERP team.
• Govern ERP vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Ensure security, stability, and compliance of ERP environment.
