Job summary

DLF Seeds Australia - Careers is seeking a Global ERP Owner & Transformation Lead to own DLF's global ERP landscape and drive the planned ERP transformation. You will ensure NAV 2018 stability while leading the transition to Dynamics 365 BC, building a high-performing ERP team and collaborating with business leaders and partners worldwide.

The role requires deep ERP experience, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

8+ years of ERP-related experience including consulting, ownership, or transformation leadership.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Proven ability to lead international ERP implementations, upgrades, or multi-country rollouts.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with partners.

Responsibilities

Own and communicate the ERP vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement agenda.
Serve as the primary IT partner for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and operations.
Lead design, implementation and global rollout of Dynamics 365 Business Central as the future ERP platform.
Govern ERP vendors, partners, and service providers; align designs with governance.
Coach and develop a global ERP team and promote knowledge sharing and documentation.
