Job summary

DLF Seeds A/S seeks a Global ERP Owner & Transformation Lead to drive modernization from NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 BC across global operations. You will own the ERP roadmap, governance, and future direction while ensuring stability and fit-for-purpose support during the transformation.

You will lead a global team of ERP specialists and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and partners to design standardized, scalable solutions and manage change across regions and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP-related experience including consulting, product ownership, or transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience with international ERP implementations, upgrades, or multi-country rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP vision, roadmap, lifecycle, backlog and continuous improvement.
• Lead global rollout and transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Partner with process owners, architects, project leadership and partners to shape scalable solutions.
• Govern ERP vendors, service providers, and support arrangements.
• Build and mentor a global team of ERP specialists.
