Job summary

DLF is seeking a Senior ERP Owner to lead global ERP transformation, owning the roadmap, governance, and future platform decisions. You will guide the current NAV 2018 landscape while steering the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. A strong ERP leadership track and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You will manage a global ERP team, partner with process owners and vendors, and ensure the program aligns with regional requirements and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP related experience in consulting, ownership, or transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Leading and developing ERP teams across global initiatives.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP vision, roadmap, backlog, and continuous improvement agenda.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Ops.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, risk, cost, and strategic goals.
• Ensure stability of the current NAV 2018 environment during transformation.
• Oversee transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central and global rollout.
• Lead ERP Specialists and collaborate with partners, architects, and IT teams.
• Govern vendors, service providers, and project governance across regions.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor and grow internal ERP capabilities and lead standardized processes.
