Job summary

DLF Pickseed is seeking a Senior ERP Owner to lead global ERP transformation, owning the roadmap, governance, and rollout across regions. You will guide the move from Dynamics NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central while ensuring stability and business alignment.

You will build and mentor a global team of ERP specialists, partner with finance, supply chain, IT, and external vendors, and drive standardized, scalable ERP processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP consulting, ownership, or transformation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 BC.
• Proven record in international ERP implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• People leadership experience across global teams.
• Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations processes.
• Experience with partners, software vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

DLF is looking for a Global ERP Owner & Transformation Lead to take ownership of our global ERP landscape and play a leading role in our upcoming ERP transformation.

DLF is embarking on an important journey to modernize and replace its ERP platform across global operations. Today, our ERP landscape is centered on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018, and our future platform will be Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Owner who can combine strategic thinking, strong business process understanding, and people leadership to drive this transformation while ensuring that the current ERP environment continues to support the business effectively.

You will own the ERP roadmap, processes, governance, and future direction of a landscape currently centered on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018. You will ensure that the existing platform remains stable and fit for purpose while leading the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will lead and develop a team of ERP Specialists and work closely with business leaders, process owners, implementation partners, architects, and IT colleagues to design and implement DLF's future global ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the ERP vision, roadmap, lifecycle, backlog, and continuous improvement agenda.
• Act as the primary IT partner for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Operations, and other ERP-enabled business functions.
• Prioritize enhancements, projects, and improvement initiatives based on business value, risk, cost, dependencies, and strategic objectives.
• Ensure the current ERP environment remains stable, secure, supportable, and fit for purpose throughout the transformation journey.
• Provide ownership and direction across the current Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 landscape, the future Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, and relevant adjacent business applications.
• Play a leading role in the design, implementation, and global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as DLF's future ERP platform.
• Partner with business process owners, architects, project leadership, and implementation partners to shape scalable and standardized solutions.
• Support global template governance, fit-gap activities, testing, training, deployment readiness, adoption, and stabilization.
• Balance global design principles and process harmonization with legitimate regional and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of ERP Specialists.
• Set clear priorities, accountability, and ways of working across operational support and transformation activities.
• Build long-term internal ERP capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, documentation, and structured development of ERP leads.
• Lead solution discussions and guide stakeholders toward scalable, standardized, and supportable processes and solutions.
• Govern ERP-related vendors, service providers, implementation partners, and support arrangements.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, risks, dependencies, service performance, and trade-offs clearly across business and IT.
• Ensure solutions follow agreed architecture, security, data, documentation, release, and operational standards.

This role reports to the Global Head of IT Applications and is part of the Global IT organization.

You might recognize yourself in the following:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting, product ownership, application management, solution consulting, or ERP transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience with international ERP implementations, major upgrades, or multi-country rollouts.
• People leadership experience, including the development and coordination of specialist or functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Experience working with implementation partners, software vendors, and distributed cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to combine strategic direction with structured execution and pragmatic decision-making.
• Fluency in English.

Global Reach and Travel

The position is global and supports DLF operations across Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. International travel is expected, particularly during design, implementation, rollout, and change-enablement activities. Flexibility to collaborate across time zones is important.
