Job summary

3Shape A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Program Manager to shape and deliver the global Enterprise Customer Experience. You will oversee onboarding, training, adoption and growth, coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, Support, Education, Product and other functions.

The role emphasizes turning customer needs into scalable programs, defining strategy, and driving execution across HQ and regions to improve retention and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the global Customer Experience strategy for Enterprise customers.
• Define the customer journey, engagement model and service offering across onboarding, training and support.
• Lead CX programs that improve adoption, satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Build scalable ways of working across regions and markets.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to align priorities and execution.
• Act as a business partner to regions to improve local customer experience.
• Set targets and use insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategy to measurable outcomes.
