Job summary

3Shape A/S in Copenhagen seeks an Associate Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical contact for enterprise lab customers, ensuring they maximize value from 3Shape Lab products and services.

You will manage technical relationships, guide software integrations, support upgrades, and help scale customers’ IT environments while collaborating with Product, Sales, Support and Academy teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on dentistry or dental tech experience with digital workflows.
• Experience with enterprise technical account management or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong IT architecture knowledge including networking, databases and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as main technical contact for enterprise dental labs and coordinate with IT providers.
• Review hardware, server/client setups and scanner compatibility for upgrades.
• Support LMS/ERP integrations and cross-lab workflows.
• Guide customers through upgrades, feature adoption, and new workflow implementations.
• Coordinate with Support, Product and customer IT teams when issues arise and update documentation.
