Job summary

3Shape A/S is seeking a Commercial Manager to shape and execute our commercial agenda for the Laboratory business and future scales across Clinic & Enterprise. You will partner with regional teams, drive reseller programs, and translate data into practical sales motions across markets.

The role combines program leadership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to deliver measurable growth and value realization for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4+ years in commercial strategy or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into growth actions.
• Experience with indirect sales channels and partner programs.
• Analytical skills to size opportunities and define KPIs.
• Track record of developing sales plays or go-to-market programs.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tangible commercial programs for resellers and partners.
• Lead growth initiatives for AI-powered Lab solutions across regions.
• Translate insights into prioritized growth opportunities for regional teams.
• Develop sales playbooks, value-selling materials, and escalation tools.
• Define value propositions, partner economics, customer journeys, and governance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted partner to regions and global functions, feeding market feedback.
