Job summary

3Shape is seeking an FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning and Analysis team. This individual contributor role focuses on driving analysis and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced, international environment, based at our Copenhagen headquarters.

You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes, deliver insights and KPI analyses to senior management, and own ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, business controlling, or similar analytical roles.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strong business and analytical acumen; translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Proactive, owns projects and processes independently.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; interest in Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; extra European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive core forecasting, performance follow-up, and financial planning processes.
• Deliver deep insights into results and KPIs; advise senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Improve reporting processes to enhance depth, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Own ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
