Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to shape manufacturing technologies across our global factory network. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics, and ensure timely delivery.

You will work with electronics manufacturing, drive upgrades, and transfer solutions between sites, including international travel 10–20 days per year. English communication required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical degree.
• Several years of practical project management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, and delegation skills.
• Fluent English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate project activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics.
• Drive development and implementation projects across Danish and international factories.
• Guide project teams to ensure alignment, progress, and timely delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Build organizational commitment through clear communication and feedback.
• Prepare budgets, resource needs, and business cases.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure DFM principles.
• Support ramp-up and transfer of production setups.
