VELUX Group seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that turn product concepts into robust, scalable production setups across our global factory network.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to drive multi‑stream projects, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while traveling 10–20 days per year in Europe.

As our new Technical Project Manager, you will play a central part in ensuring that innovative products reach customers through robust, efficient, and future‑ready production setups across our global factory network.
You will join our Centre of Excellence for Electronics, consisting of 4 project managers and a few specialists based in Skjern. The team is responsible for specifying, developing, and delivering production technologies to our global manufacturing network. Centre of Excellence Electronics main responsibility is to mature new technologies and build bridge from Product & Innovation to manufacturing area.
As Technical Project Manager, you will work across Danish and international factories, driving development and implementation projects that ensure aligned, high‑quality, and scalable production setups. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and Production. You will be a central part in ensuring that our factories are ready to accommodate new product launches, product modifications, and continuous process improvements.
Together with your colleagues, you will help secure manufacturing excellence across sites, contributing to the consistency, stability, and future readiness of the VELUX supply chain.
In this role, you will manage a wide range of technical projects across Electronics. You will transform new product concepts into mature production setups, implement technological upgrades, and help transfer and scale solutions across factories. You will act as the connector between product development, technology, and production, ensuring that new technologies and products are introduced efficiently and with high production robustness.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
International travel of approximately 10–20 days per year, primarily within Europe, should be expected.
You are a structured, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager who takes ownership and delivers consistently. You thrive in a highly technical environment and enjoy working across factory sites, functions, and cultures. Your curious mindset and analytical approach enable you to challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvements, always with the goal of creating business value.
