Job summary

VELUX in Brædstrup seeks a Technical Project Manager for the Panes Center of Excellence. You will lead technical projects across glass manufacturing, translating concepts into robust production setups and driving improvements across factories in Europe.

You bring a manufacturing engineering degree and several years of experience in technical project management, with strong planning, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent English; Danish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a manufacturing-related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical workstreams in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to define specs and manage procurement of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to implementation in glass manufacturing.
• Define technical specs and procure manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Coordinate process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives across plants.
• Prepare and maintain technical requirement specifications with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and execute projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
