Job summary

VELUX Group in Brædstrup is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Panes Center of Excellence to drive robust manufacturing solutions and lead projects from concept to implementation. You will define technical specifications, procure production equipment (cutting, tempering, laminating, and lines) and coordinate with product development, technology and production across sites.

Expect 40–50 travel days annually in Europe; English fluency is essential; Danish is a plus as you collaborate

Qualifications

At least 4-5 years of experience preparing technical specifications and procuring production equipment.
Experience in technical project management and project planning/execution.
Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes and their interconnections.
English communication is essential; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept to implementation in glass manufacturing.
Define technical specifications and manage procurement of manufacturing equipment (cutting, tempering, laminating, production lines).
Participate in process optimization, quality improvement, and cost reduction across glass plants.
Prepare and maintain technical requirement specifications with stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to time, scope, and budget across sites.
