Job summary

VELUX Group in Brædstrup is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Panes Center of Excellence. You will lead technical projects across glass manufacturing, turning new product concepts into mature production setups, implementing upgrades, and scaling solutions across factories.

The role requires collaboration with Denmark-based colleagues and EU sites, travel about 40–50 days yearly, a higher engineering degree, 4-5 years of experience, and strong planning and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Higher education in manufacturing or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in preparing technical specs and procuring production equipment.
• Experience in technical project management and planning.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies; glass tech is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to implementation in glass manufacturing.
• Define technical specifications and procure manufacturing technologies.
• Coordinate process optimization and cost-reduction initiatives across plants.
• Prepare and maintain technical requirement specifications with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to delivery on time and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and standardize production lines.
