Job summary

VELUX seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Procurement and Process Excellence to own the global end-to-end source-to-pay processes. You will lead a team of process experts, project managers and BI analysts, collaborating with IT, Finance and Global Procurement to drive governance, standards and continuous improvement.

Based in Østbirk or Warsaw, this hybrid role focuses on scouting and implementing digital procurement solutions, expanding ESG analytics, and delivering actionable procurement insights

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of relevant experience in procurement or procurement excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with teams across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimization.
• Experience with procurement suites (Ariba, Coupa) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from university or business school.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Process Owner for end-to-end source-to-pay processes with governance and standardization.
• Lead a team of process experts, business analysts and project managers across regions.
• Drive procurement process excellence and globally aligned workflows.
• Define procurement KPIs, dashboards and data-driven performance insights.
• Advance analytics capabilities with ESG, performance and opportunity analytics, plus AI-focused solutions.
• Co-own strategy and governance of procurement systems with Sourcing Excellence teams.
• Scout, assess and implement new digital procurement systems and solutions.
• Oversee current procurement system implementation projects, including guided buying and intake orchestration.
• Interface between Procurement and IT for system development and improvement.
• Explore emerging digital solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate with Global Procurement, IT, Procurement Operations and Finance.
