Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Høje-Taastrup seeks a Senior Manager, Process Management & Excellence within Procurement Solutions to lead a newly established team, define an operating model and align priorities and ways of working. You will empower professionals and act as a senior delegate to the Director of Procurement Solutions.

You will collaborate with colleagues across category management, strategic sourcing, supplier operations, digital procurement, finance and risk to drive process excellence,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant procurement/supply chain experience in a complex international environment.
• Proven leadership across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within Procurement Solutions and establish its operating model and priorities.
• Provide direction and boundaries enabling independence and high performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Direct Procurement.
• Translate changing needs into clear priorities and actions.
• Support fact-based senior decision-making with recommendations on priorities and risks.
• Drive process excellence across planning and related procurement processes.
• Act as sparring partner to the Director and represent the team with stakeholders.
• Develop roles, interfaces, and governance following organizational change.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to align expectations.
• Build an engaged, accountable team with strong performance.
