Job summary

VELUX seeks a Senior Manager, Business Process Management to lead a dedicated BPM team and shape how Products & Innovation operates. You will drive the development and standardisation of the Idea-to-Market processes across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to phase-out, improving effectiveness, quality, and collaboration.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, embedding new ways of working and driving measurable business outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in R&D and product development.
• Strong background in BPM and process excellence.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Ability to translate frameworks into practical ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Process Management team.
• Own and continuously improve the Idea-to-Market process landscape, including PDP.
• Drive strategic process improvement projects across the organisation.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, governance, standards, tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to design, standardise, and improve core processes.
• Monitor process performance and drive improvements through data and training.
