Job summary

VELUX seeks a Senior Manager, Business Process Management, to lead a small team of BPM professionals and shape how Products & Innovation operates. You will drive the Idea‑to‑Market landscape, focusing on Stage‑Gate PDP and standardized processes to improve quality, speed, and collaboration across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to advance process excellence, develop governance, and embed new ways of working to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong background in business process management, process excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience in R&D or product development environments.
• Structured, analytical, pragmatic mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Process Management team.
• Own and continuously improve the Idea‑to‑Market process landscape, including the Stage‑Gate PDP and its underlying product development processes.
• Drive the strategic process excellence initiative, prioritising, scoping, and executing key projects.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, governance, standards, tools, and methodologies across the organisation.
• Partner with process owners and subject matter experts to design, standardise, and improve core business processes.
• Monitor process performance, maturity, adherence, and adoption, and drive improvements through data and training.
