Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Process Management to lead a focused BPM team within Products & Innovation. You will own the Idea-to-Market process landscape, including the Stage-Gate Product Development Process, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive standardized, higher-impact processes across the organisation.

You will shape governance, tools, and performance measures, driving continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes while guiding change across the product

Qualifications

• Substantial experience from R&D, product development, engineering, or innovation environments.
• Strong background in business process management, process excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Structured, analytical, pragmatic mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BPM team.
• Own and continuously improve the Idea-to-Market process landscape, including PDP and Stage-Gate.
• Drive strategic process excellence initiatives, including scoping and executing key projects.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, governance, standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Partner with process owners to design, standardise, and improve core processes.
• Monitor process performance, maturity, adherence, and adoption; drive improvements through data and training.
