Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, economics or related field.
• Significant international procurement/supply chain experience.
• Proven people leadership experience with professionals at different levels.
• Experience owning a functional agenda, operating model or transformation roadmap.
• Experience driving cross-functional process improvements and analytics.
• Understanding of direct procurement value chains, sourcing, budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of professionals with varying seniority, setting clear expectations and empowering independence.
• Define and evolve the team's operating model, mandate, priorities and ways of working.
• Clarify roles and interfaces after organizational changes.
• Serve as senior sparring partner to the Director of Procurement Solutions and represent the team with senior stakeholders.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders across Global Direct Procurement to keep priorities aligned.
• Drive process excellence and transformation across planning and related procurement processes.
• Set direction in risk, cost, budgeting, sourcing, analytics and performance management.
• Translate complex business needs into clear priorities and actionable steps.
• Support fact-based senior decision-making including prioritization and resource trade-offs.
• Build an engaged, high-performing team with clear accountability.
