Job summary

SELECTED, based in Denmark, seeks a CRM Coordinator to drive day-to-day CRM activities including newsletters, email automation, app communication and loyalty programs. You will work with the Go-To-Market plan to build audiences, segment users and personalise communications across channels such as WhatsApp.

You'll collaborate with Brand Identity and external CRM/Tech partners to develop CRM activities and optimise customer communications while growing engagement and commercial value for members.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Experience using a CRM or email marketing platform.
• Interest in customer behavior and using performance data to improve communication.
• Strong eye for content and copy as building blocks for storytelling.
• Structured approach coordinating activities with different stakeholders.
• Strong professional English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with automation, loyalty, app/push or messaging channels is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer communication across CRM touchpoints.
• Create newsletters with a focus on engagement and commercial performance.
• Build and activate relevant customer segments with personalised communication.
• Setting up and optimising automated email journeys based on performance data.
• Testing content, subject lines and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
• Monitoring lead generation and collaborating with Paid Media and E-commerce colleagues to grow our customer database.
• Supporting loyalty activations across the customer journey.
• Collaborating with our external CRM specialists on CRM roadmap planning and identifying new opportunities within acquisition, retention and engagement.
