Qualifications

• Previous experience in Client Program Manager or global role.
• Knowledge of Maersk's operational structure and functionality (systems, products).
• Ability to see and act on the big picture and daily operational issues.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement techniques and a metric-driven approach.
• Customer-centricity in approach.
• Assertiveness, decisiveness and proactiveness.
• Attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
• Supply chain optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the operational strategy and execution across Ocean and Logistics.
• Implementing new and additional business with the customer.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies creating value to the customer and Maersk.
• Understanding of the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
• Identifying efficiency and optimization initiatives to increase profitability /reduce cost to serve.
• Engaging with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners ensuring effective service delivery.
