Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced Project Manager within Aid, Relief & Government to join our Project Logistics team in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. You will manage complex international transport projects at the intersection of logistics and government programs.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across ocean, air, and land, coordinate with global stakeholders, and help build a new team to support a key customer win, driving innovative logistics solutions for critical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Government/Defense or Aid/Relief business.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics projects for Aid, Relief & Government clients.
• Coordinate transportation across ocean, air and land modes.
• Capture and analyze project requirements to tailor solutions.
• Support planning, costing, pricing and proposals.
• Lead project execution to meet customer requirements.
• Create and optimize process flows for critical activities.
• Manage smaller tender processes and secure competitive solutions.
• Conduct site visits and engage local stakeholders for execution insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Maersk network.
