Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Program Manager in Aarhus or Copenhagen to drive performance and customer satisfaction within the Aid, Relief & Government sector. You will work with the Project Logistics team, collaborating with operations and sales to deliver high-impact supply chain solutions.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI tracking, and stakeholder management across a global network, with opportunities to lead digital transformations and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• You are a data and performance driven professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience within Government/Defense or Aid/Relief business is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and developing customer-focused solutions.
• Solid understanding of project logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and metric-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive data quality through reporting and Power BI enhancements.
• Support client manager with input to joint strategic roadmap.
• Identify efficiency and optimization initiatives to reduce cost to serve.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with the customer on performance.
• Coordinate with operations and sales on customer satisfaction and KPIs.
• Oversee digital transformation and new system implementations (EDI, etc.).
• Ensure foundational SOPs and Origin Workshops are in place.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Maersk network.
