Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Program Manager in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, to lead performance-driven projects within Aid, Relief & Government operations. You will drive KPI reporting, data quality and strategic roadmaps while coordinating with operations and sales teams.

You will manage client relationships, identify optimization opportunities, and lead governance reviews to ensure successful outcomes for government and aid-related customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KPI and data-driven performance within logistics.
• Experience in Government/Defense or Aid/Relief business.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and interest in customer-focused solutions.
• Solid understanding of project logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Continuous improvement techniques and metric-driven approach.
• Ability to define vision, objectives and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance, KPIs, data quality and reporting.
• Manage relationships with the client manager and support joint strategic roadmap.
• Identify efficiency initiatives to increase profitability and reduce cost to serve.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with the customer on performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Maersk network.
• Support digital transformation and new system implementations (EDI, etc.).
• Ensure SOPs and origin workshops are in place for delivery.
