Job summary

ISS is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Tools and Chemicals to drive the global Cleaning category agenda. You will lead supplier compliance, convert non-compliant spend into global agreements and develop country-level business cases with local teams, while supporting contract implementations and supplier performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, category management or similar.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills; Sievo/Power BI preferred.
• Experience working in a multi-country environment and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier compliance across ISS countries and adoption of global agreements.
• Convert non-compliant spend into contracted global solutions and maximise rebates.
• Develop and execute country-level business cases with local procurement and operations.
• Support implementation of new contracts and related supplier performance initiatives.
• Provide spend analysis, benchmarking and performance tracking across the Cleaning category.
• Contribute to assortment simplification and compliance overviews across Group Cleaning.
