Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Category Manager, Professional Services, to lead the end-to-end global management of the Professional Services category. You will drive category strategies, governance, and supplier performance across functions and geographies.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, and other teams to deliver sustainable value and compliant procurement solutions in a regulated global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Category Management, ideally in Professional Services in a global or regulated environment.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a global, matrix organization with senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global category strategies for Professional Services in line with business priorities.
• Manage categories and suppliers with governance, segmentation, and KPI tracking.
• Analyze spend, supplier data, and market trends to identify value creation and translate insights into actions.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: tenders, RFx, supplier evaluation, and negotiations.
• Own pricing, contracts, and total cost of ownership with key suppliers.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, and other functions.
• Drive Supplier Relationship Management with strategic suppliers, including governance meetings.
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and alignment with procurement policies and regulations.
• Lead cross-functional procurement projects and contribute to best-in-class category management.
