Job summary

STARK Group is seeking a Project Manager for Group Assortment & Category Projects to lead cross-country initiatives and drive value in the Heavy Building Materials category. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with Business Units, Category Specialists and suppliers across Europe to align plans and deliver results.

You will manage tender support, supplier negotiations and performance follow-up, while partnering with data analysts and stakeholders to enable smarter assortment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, category or assortment management.
• Experience with tenders or supplier negotiations is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; comfortable working in an international matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify assortment synergies and optimisation opportunities across markets.
• Own cross-country assortment projects from planning to implementation.
• Support tenders, negotiations, and sales index follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support supplier dialogue, performance follow-up and partnerships.
• Facilitate regular alignment and knowledge-sharing across Business Units.
• Moderate category committee meetings and drive progress on category activities.
