Job summary

Podimo is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our global Finance team in Amsterdam. You will manage supplier invoices, payments, and expense submissions with accuracy and a proactive mindset.

The role emphasizes documentation, audit readiness, cash flow support, and continuous process improvements, including automation opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or general accounting.
• Proactive mindset with initiative in resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work output.
• Collaborative team member within Finance and cross-functional partners.
• Open to change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments using Continia, ensuring timely execution and correct GL coding.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payables with documentation and reconciliation.
• Monitor open liabilities and follow up on discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Oversee employee expense submissions via Pleo and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support cash flow management and weekly/monthly cash forecasting.
