Job summary

Maersk seeks an ASSP Academy Lead to define and deliver the capability-building strategy for the Asset Strategy function. You will translate business priorities into learning experiences, leadership programs, and capability initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and build future-ready talent.

You will design and deliver the ASSP Academy portfolio, facilitate workshops, build flagship programs for procurement professionals and leaders, measure learning impact, and manage vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, HR, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering capability-building initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and translate needs into programs.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ASSP Functional Capability Strategy and learning roadmaps.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve the ASSP Academy portfolio and flagship programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and manage learning platforms, budgets, and vendors.
