Job summary

AAK - Aarhuskarlshamn is seeking a Global OpEx Capability & Coaching Lead to advance its OpEx journey. You will own the global capability strategy and act as Master Trainer, building learning pathways, certification and coaching frameworks across functions worldwide.

You will collaborate with regional leads and plant leadership to ensure consistent standards, curricula and deployment packages, driving sustainable OpEx maturity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operational Excellence with hands-on Lean and TPM experience.
• Proven track record as a Master Trainer delivering programmes.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and certification.
• Fluent in English with ability to travel internationally.
• Experience building learning academies and coaching networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead global OpEx capability strategy and learning governance.
• Design and deliver OpEx learning programmes across audiences.
• Develop and govern the OpEx Learning Academy and certification.
• Ensure readiness of standards, materials and deployment packages.
• Collaborate with regional leads and stakeholders worldwide.
