Job summary

Milestone Data & AI Services is seeking an Academy Lead to build and drive the global DAS Academy, shaping curriculum, learning journeys and a future certification framework across the DAS portfolio. You will oversee content across instructor-led, digital, and self-paced formats, and advance the e-learning platform with scalable structure and publishing.

Work with Commercial Enablement, Product, Development, and Partners to align training with market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in learning and development, sales or partner enablement, or technical training in B2B software or technology.
• Experience in building and owning a training academy or curriculum end to end.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodology, including curriculum architecture and assessment design.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS or LXP and e-learning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the global DAS Academy strategy, structure and roadmap.
• Design enablement and learning journeys for Milestone Sales, Channel Managers and Solution Engineers.
• Develop external training and certification programs for resellers and system integrators.
• Structure and maintain the DAS Academy curriculum across products, solutions, use cases and commercial positioning.
• Develop, coordinate and curate training content across e-learning, instructor-led and self-paced formats.
• Drive the e-learning platform, including content architecture and publishing.
• Establish and manage a DAS certification framework and competency levels.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and SMEs to ensure accurate content.
• Establish Academy KPIs covering participation, completion, certification, competency and business impact.
• Continuously improve Academy content based on learner feedback, field requirements and product evolution.
