Job summary

Milestone Data & AI Services is seeking a dynamic Academy Lead to build and run the global DAS Academy. You will shape the structure, curate curricula, and design learning journeys that empower internal teams, partners and customers to position, sell and deploy the DAS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in education, instructional design, business, communications or a technical field, with 5+ years in learning and development or related areas.
• Experience building and owning a training academy or curriculum end to end.
• Proven expertise in curriculum architecture and assessment or certification design.
• Experience administering an LMS/LXP and using e-learning authoring tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the global DAS Academy strategy, structure and roadmap.
• Design enablement and learning journeys for Milestone Sales, Channel Managers and Solution Engineers.
• Develop external training and future certification programs for resellers and system integrators.
• Structure and maintain the DAS Academy curriculum across products, solutions, use cases and commercial positioning.
• Develop, coordinate and curate training content across e-learning, instructor-led and self-paced formats.
• Drive the e-learning platform, including content architecture, publishing, learning journeys and ongoing optimization.
• Establish and manage a DAS certification framework and competency levels.
• Work with Product, Development and subject-matter experts to create accurate and relevant learning content.
• Establish Academy KPIs covering participation, completion, certification, competency and business impact.
• Continuously improve Academy content and learning experiences based on learner feedback, field requirements, product evolution and commercial priorities.
